My client specialises in the rental of exclusive holiday homes throughout the UK, where luxury comes as standard! As the business continues to grow, they are looking to add a Client Experience Consultant to their passionate, enthusiastic and friendly team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Client Experience Consultant:

• Responding to online and telephone customer enquiries
• Develop and nurture strong client/owner relationships
• Ensure website listings, pricings and availability remain updated and accurate
• Provide guests with an exceptional experience

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Client Experience Consultant:

• Attitude is everything, however exposure to working within luxury brands/markets would be advantageous
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
• First class written and verbal communication, excellent numeracy skills
