Look no further! We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join my amazing client’s team for a temporary summer position.
Key responsibilities:
- Liaising with customers via telephone and email offering a friendly and professional service
- Updating internal system
- Taking inbound calls from customers and helping with enquiries
- Passing calls on to internal colleagues when necessary
- Ensure files are uploaded to the database.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High level of literacy and numeracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous customer service experience strongly desirable
- Good IT literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programmes (Teams, Outlook)
