Parts Manager
Location: Cheltenham
Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Dependant on experience)
Working Hours: 45 hour week Monday - Friday
Our client is looking for a Parts Manager to join and manage their busy accident repair centre. They have a great reputation and are well established.
Job role:
- To lead and have accountability for the smooth running of the parts department in a busy accident repair centre.
- To develop relationships with external suppliers and internal business areas.
- Identification and ordering parts as required and secure and label all parts to be returned.
- Communicate with our business leaders about possible delays and lead times.
- To work using your own initiative and prioritise duties as agreed with the site leaders to drive high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
Qualifications and experience:
- Parts ordering/receipting processing and capability
- A strong customer focussed background
- Organisational and prioritising skills
- Knowledge of insurance principles (desirable)
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work on own innovative
- Previous Parts Manager experience
Desirable experience:
- Previous experience of Autoflow, Audatex and Parts Link
- Ability to multi task, build good supplier relationships and control costs essential
