Customer Service AdministratorCheltenham£25,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join my clients busy sales team.The ideal candidate will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in reaching out to customers to schedule engineer visits.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system to track outreach and bookings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure engineers are efficiently scheduled.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for sales tracking and performance analysis.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide relevant service information, and support the sales team in securing appointments.
  • Help manage correspondence, including emails and follow-ups, to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Assist in identifying potential leads and maintaining databases of prospective clients.

Qualifications and Skills:
