A Customer Care Advisor is needed in Toddington, Cheltenham, to join a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This permanent, full-time role, which is currently trialing a 4 days working week across the team, involves supporting customers by answering queries, providing product information, and resolving issues across various communication channels. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent service. Ideal for those with strong communication skills and an interest in renewable energy, this role supports the wider goal of energy independence and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.

Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

Provide accurate product information and updates.

Record interactions and transactions in CRM systems.

Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and support during busy periods.

Meet agreed performance targets and KPIs.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and industry developments.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.

Contribute ideas to improve customer service and processes.

Experience & Skills Required

Previous experience in a customer service role.

Confident using CRM systems and digital communication tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of renewable energy or tech products is an advantage.
