As the Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor, you will be:
- Manage daily compliance tasks following certification
- Inspections of the mechanical and electrical systems within a property
- Complete audits and post inspections on the contractors work
- Involved with signing off the EICR's
Qualifications / Experience:
- NVQ Level 3
- 18th edition
- Previous experience in quality assuring electrical works
- Social housing experience
- Previous experience overseeing contractors
- Previous experience working with EICR's
As the Electrical Surveyor, you will receive:
- 35 -37 per hour
- Opportunity for extension
