Job Summary:

Reed are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Hardware Technician to join our clients team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment and systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of electrical systems, be comfortable with hand tools, and have experience in electronic assembly, testing, and debugging. This role requires a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electrical circuits and systems.
  • Test and repair electronic equipment using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Use schematics, wiring diagrams, and other technical documentation to diagnose and repair equipment.
  • Use hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, and wire cutters to repair equipment and assemble components.
  • Install and configure electronic systems and equipment according to specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and equipment inventory.
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal staff.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members, customers, and vendors.
  • Ensure all work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in electrical hardware assembly, testing, and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, components, and systems.
  • Experience using hand tools and testing equipment
