As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our recruitment processes run seamlessly. This role is essential in connecting candidates, recruitment consultants, and hiring managers, making sure all logistical elements are managed effectively. You will play a vital role in fostering a positive candidate experience, which is crucial for maintaining our company's reputation.

About the Role:

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage diaries for hiring managers and candidates, and ensure all parties are well-prepared for the interviews.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Job Posting Management: Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and the company website to attract the right talent.
  • Offer Management: Assist in preparing and delivering job offers, ensuring compliance with all legal and company guidelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest enhancements to the recruitment process, especially focusing on candidate experience and overall efficiency.
  • Business Development: Engage with prospective businesses through targeted outreach to gather insights about potential clients and establish connections with decision-makers.
  • Candidate Prospecting: Distribute candidate profiles to potential clients actively hiring, emphasising the alignment between candidates' qualifications and job requirements.
