HR AdvisorCheltenham£35,000-£40,000My Cheltenham based client has a new vacancy for an HR Advisor to join their team. We are looking for someone with 3+ years experience. To provide an efficient, effective, timely customer focussed HR service to the charity, providing generalist advice and guidance to managers, providing support to manage employee relations and performance management.Ensuring that policies and procedures are consistent and updated in line with employment legislation or regulatory changes and are followed across the charity, with any concerns escalated. Providing a first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring these are dealt with promptly and effectively. We are looking for someone who can write an HR strategy for the next 5 years and has minimum level 3-5 CIPD.You must have demonstrable experience of working as an HR Advisor including providing general HR advice to managers, supporting recruitment and selection and managing employee relations matters.You will possess an excellent knowledge of current and forthcoming employment legislation, including safeguarding, data protection and equality, diversity and inclusion, and recent case law.Interested?
