Talent Acquisition Coordinator

What you’ll be doing:

  • Sourcing top candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
  • Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
  • Supporting our recruitment consultants in matching candidates with their dream jobs
  • Prospecting local businesses to understand if we can assist with their recruitment needs
  • Keeping our database up to date and organised
