Who are we? We’re i2i Recruitment, a B-Corp status leading independent recruitment agency in the heart of Cheltenham. Our team is growing, and we need an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented person to help us find the best candidates out there!
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing top candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
- Supporting our recruitment consultants in matching candidates with their dream jobs
- Prospecting local businesses to understand if we can assist with their recruitment needs
- Keeping our database up to date and organised

What we’re looking for:
- A positive, can-do attitude with a great sense of humour
- Strong communication skills - you’re a natural talker and listener
- A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
- Previous experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus, but not essential
- Someone who loves working in a team and thrives under pressure
