I'm really excited to be working with a great Gloucestershire client on their search for a PA/ Office Manager. This is a brand new role due to growth and a really exciting time to join their business.If you are an enthusiastic Office Manager or PA who likes to be a the heart of a business making things happen this is the role for you!As part of your role you will to help maintain the smooth operation of our clients offices across Gloucestershire, therefore you must be a driver with you own vehicle to travel between sites.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support Management with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Day to day office support
  • Negotiate contracts 
  • Manage utilities etc
  • Organise company meetings, board meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Plan and coordinate company events
  • Organise company vehicles.
  • Support with HR task including recruitment onboarding processes, payroll data gathering
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong organisational and task management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence to Negotiate contracts with suppliers
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Confidentiality
