Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group IT Director
- Manage and coordinate projects as directed
- Maintain and update company databases
- Prepare and distribute reports and presentations
- Manage diaries, arrange meetings and appointments
- Organise travel and accommodation for executives
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
- Perform other secretarial duties as needed
Profile
A successful Temp EA should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
