Crowe Watson Recruitment is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our client, a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants in Birmingham.

Whether managing audits or mentoring junior team members, your expertise will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver audit assignments for a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors

• Lead audit teams, providing guidance and support to junior staff members

• Review financial statements and audit files for accuracy and compliance

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic advice where appropriate

• Identify opportunities to improve audit processes and contribute to business development activities

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience

• A minimum of 5 years experience working within a UK Practice environment

• Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
