Duties & Responsibilities- Prepare and oversee financial reporting, including VAT returns, PAYE submissions, and month-end reports.
- Manage payroll functions and ensure the accurate processing of PAYE and pensions.
- Reconcile bank statements and control accounts while maintaining meticulous financial records.
- Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with financial standards.
- Provide financial advice and management reports to senior leadership.
- Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager or accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payroll, and VAT processes.
- Familiarity with compliance and governance in financial operations.
- Salary: £50,000 pro rata.
