Finance Manager

Are you an experienced Finance Manager seeking a rewarding role in Cirencester? Offering £50k pro rata plus excellent benefits, this position is office-based three days a week and is easily commutable from surrounding areas.

• Prepare and oversee financial reporting, including VAT returns, PAYE submissions, and month-end reports.
• Manage payroll functions and ensure the accurate processing of PAYE and pensions.
• Reconcile bank statements and control accounts while maintaining meticulous financial records.
• Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with financial standards.
• Provide financial advice and management reports to senior leadership.

• Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payroll, and VAT processes.
• Familiarity with compliance and governance in financial operations.

• Salary: £50,000 pro rata.
