Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audits for a portfolio of not-for-profit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and completion, providing guidance to the team.
- Develop strong client relationships and provide advisory support where needed.
- Review audit files and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional development.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing audits within a professional services firm.
- Strong knowledge of charity and not-for-profit accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
