Job PurposeAs a Corporate Finance Manager, you will lead due diligence projects, provide strategic financial insights, and help clients navigate key financial decisions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing due diligence projects and teams, ensuring the timely preparation of high-quality client deliverables such as reports and financial analyses
- Supporting junior team members, assisting with technical aspects and fostering their development
- Interpreting and analysing financial and operational data, including historical and projected trading, cash flow, and balance sheets
- Identifying and reporting key financial issues that could affect transaction value
- Assessing and quantifying potential risks that may influence deal structures
- Playing an active role in business development, helping to grow the Corporate Finance team and strengthen the firm’s presence in Cheltenham and beyond

- Previous experience in Transaction Support / Advisory work
- Managerial or Assistant Manager experience, including developing and mentoring team members
- Strong financial analysis and Excel skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Outstanding communication and networking skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
- The ability to interpret large volumes of financial data and identify core issues
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to assess risks and price-affecting issues in transactions
