We are seeking an ambitious, efficient, and conscientious Senior Administrator to provide essential support to our Independent Financial Advisers, ensuring our clients receive a high level of continuous service. This role is ideal for someone with experience in supporting financial advisors, particularly within a financial adviser firm, and has exposure to the administration and support of new business and annual review processes.
Day-to-day of the role:- Process applications via different provider platforms.
- Maintain and update the database with relevant policy information.
- Correspond with providers across the market concerning investment, pension, protection, and mortgage products.
- Issue documents to clients and produce updated client reports.
- Draft suitability reports for advisers.
- Ensure all records are kept up to date and compliant.
- Handle incoming queries and outgoing calls to other providers and clients.
- Work closely with advisers on a 1:1 basis, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services.
- Familiarity with products such as Mortgages, Protection, Investments, and Pensions is advantageous.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently.

- Hybrid remote in Cheltenham, GL50 (after a 6 months’ probation period) 3 days office, 2 days home working
