The Role

This is a brand-new exciting opportunity, in which the successful candidate will work as part of the Engagement Management Team to maximise client relationships and win new clients.

As part of the role, you will be working with Service Line leaders to ensure products and services are relevant to existing and prospective clients, along with compiling well-structured responses to requests for proposals, creating renewal documentation and delivering presentations which are concise pertinent, complete and captivating for the audience being addressed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and run client engagement meetings in alignment with our governance structure.
  • Contribute to the build of a substantive pipeline of new business, across a range of ser-vices and clients.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction through delivery of existing services.
  • Grow existing clients through cross selling products and services from across the Group
  • Deliver comprehensive client reporting ensuring timely delivery.
  • Create and maintain strong client relationships, paying attention to their needs and future aspirations to allow the company to be first point of contact for their needs.
  • Ensure all service delivery contracts you are primarily responsible for are financially viable.
  • Assist in building a pipeline 3 to 4 times the value of the stated annual target revenue.
  • For all clients within your remit, coordinate the capture of all client service delivery data, ensuring consistency and proactive communications to clients are achieved on an agreed Governance meeting schedule.
  • Input into the provision of regular client and market temperature reports that raise the awareness of what is happening to the company

Experience and Skills

  • Proven team management, experience of delivering client engagement.
  • Proven track record of building substantial pipelines and closing sales.
  • Insurance background essential and preferably an understanding of Lloyd’s and London Market (Re) Insurance markets.
  • Good level of Windows IT skills essential.
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and establish strong relationships both internally and externally.
