Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Input submission, overtime processing, and monthly changes.
- HR Metrics Reporting: Generate and analyse various HR reports.
- HR Inbox Management: Handle and respond to HR-related queries.
- Contract Processing: Manage and process contract changes.
- Reward Administration
Required Experience:
- CIPD Level 3 Certification (desirable not essential)
- Previous HR Administration Experience
- IT Skills
- Attention to Detail: Essential for accurate payroll and reporting tasks.
