With over 15 years of experience providing top-tier financial services to both individuals and businesses, this firm is looking to expand its team as they continue their growth journey.Over the years, hundreds of happy clients have built lasting connections with our client, which is testament to their down-to-earth approach. Our client is a local, family feel business with a national reach and as their ambitions grow, they remain committed to their main goal: continuously improving the service their clients receive. What you’ll be doing:
  • Welcoming clients to meetings, offering refreshments, and managing client review scheduling
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries, and forwarding them as needed
  • Managing client details and policy records in the CRM (Intelliflo Office), ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning, franking, and visiting the post office
  • Preparing client paperwork, reports, and pre-meeting documents for advisers
  • Maintaining a clean and organised office environment and managing client file archiving
  • This is a permanent full-time job, office based in the centre of Cheltenham.
What you’ll need to apply:
  • Solid general education and relevant experience within Financial Services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with CRM system experience (Intelliflo preferred)
  • Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and take responsibility for workload
  • Strong communication skills with clients, providers, and colleagues at all levels
