- Welcoming clients to meetings, offering refreshments, and managing client review scheduling
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries, and forwarding them as needed
- Managing client details and policy records in the CRM (Intelliflo Office), ensuring GDPR compliance
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning, franking, and visiting the post office
- Preparing client paperwork, reports, and pre-meeting documents for advisers
- Maintaining a clean and organised office environment and managing client file archiving
- This is a permanent full-time job, office based in the centre of Cheltenham.
- Solid general education and relevant experience within Financial Services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with CRM system experience (Intelliflo preferred)
- Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritise tasks and take responsibility for workload
- Strong communication skills with clients, providers, and colleagues at all levels
