Residential Conveyancer

Our client, a prestigious law firm, who have been providing their services for over 35 years are looking for committed team player to join their team on a full time, permanent basis from their newly opened office in the picturesque town of Stow-on-the-Wold.

As Residential Property Conveyancer you will manage a case load of residential property matters from start to finish. You must have experience of managing your own case load whilst being commercially astute to understand the importance of business target.

Responsibilities:

-Manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion;

including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy,

retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions

-Process cases in a timely and cost effective manner

-Liaise directly with clients, estate agents and lenders

-Develop professional relationships, both with clients and Introducers

-Generate a fee income in line with agreed targets

Candidate Attributes:

-Proven experience in a similar position

-IT Literate

-Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines

-A team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm

-Organised and process-driven

Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm
