The Burford Recruitment Company is collaborating with an esteemed conveyancing firm renowned for its excellence in the field. With ongoing success, our client is expanding their team and seeks a skilled Solicitor to join their dynamic environment.

We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated individual who can contribute directly to the continued success of our client’s business. Exceptional client relationship skills are vital to meet the needs of their clients and expand the introducer base, ensuring consistently high levels of professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, demonstrating a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Sale, purchase, and remortgage transactions.
    • Leasehold and lease extension matters.
    • Transfers of Equity and new build properties.
    • SDLT requirements, including reliefs and exemptions.
    • Dealing with unregistered properties and resolving restrictions and cautions.
  • Provide leadership by supervising and developing junior team members.
  • Proven capability in generating new business and fostering strong relationships with Estate Agents & Brokers.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Initiative-driven and capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to inspire others.
