Our client based in Cheltenham is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their small friendly team on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with administration experience to join a company that deals with clients globally and ensures that their customers have the best possible supply path for their products.
Responsibilities/Duties;
-Respond to existing customer enquiries efficiently
-Raising purchase orders
-Quote and follow-up all enquiries promptly
-Administer customer orders efficiently and accurately
-Conduct accurate contract review on all orders
-Liaise with suppliers to ensure satisfactory outcomes
Candidate Attributes;
-Previous experience within administration
-Strong attention to detail
-Be approachable and positive
-Ability to use MS Office
Hours- Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
Salary- Up to £26,000 + 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), company pension, life insurance, profit share scheme and parking on site.
