Our client in Cirencester who are one of the UK’s leading businesses in their sector are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactive Team Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role will be initially on an 18 month fixed term contract to cover maternity however future permanent opportunities could become available if desired.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the department by ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, preparing quotations, and maintaining records.

- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the team as needed.

- Maintain accurate data, ensuring all entries are up-to-date and correct.

- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.

- Answer incoming calls, call logging and taking payments.

- Any other duties to ensure the efficient running of the Team.

Candidate Attributes:

- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

- Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
