- Managing the pre-onboarding and onboarding processes, including liaising with new starters, coordinating signing of contracts, carrying out reference checks, verifying and recording right to work and all relevant arrangements for their start.
- Data management of HiBob to ensure that data is fully up-to-date and accurate.
- Creation of employee letters (from templates) before sign-off by the People Advisors or Head of People.
- Producing regular reports on People data and activity as required and analysing data from regular monthly reports and reporting to the team as required.
- SharePoint champion for the team (SharePoint training can be given), responsible for auditing files to ensure that they are correctly filed and well managed, archiving and deleting where appropriate.
- Ad hoc project work, either managing your own projects with oversight from the Head of People or an Advisor or supporting in other larger projects.
- Support with diarising, setting up and rolling out of the annual cycle of employee programmes such as compensation, bi-annual development meetings and pulse surveys.
- Administrative support of the payroll, compensation and benefits processes.
- Providing support on the recruitment process, including formatting job descriptions and arranging interviews as necessary.
- Management of the People inbox, responding to queries on a timely basis and in line with our KPIs.
- Ownership of data integrity on HiBob through regular updating, reporting and auditing.
- A minimum of one year in a People / HR generalist role.
- Deep knowledge of at least one HR system, with HiBob being an advantage.
- CIPD level 3 would be an advantage (training is offered for anyone keen to develop their CIPD qualifications).
- Strong experience of the Microsoft Office suite, with Excel being especially desirable.
- A genuine desire to be a part of a People team, with an innate sense of customer service.
- Experience of the visa application process is desirable.
