My lovely client in Cheltenham has a new vacancy for someone to join their busy team. This is a key role within the business. We are looking for someone who has strong experience and has been a HR Administrator/Senior HR Administrator who can really take on the work, as the role is busy and varied and always developing.

We would want you to be able to see how things can be done better - more efficiently, effectively, better for the customer - and come up with some recommendations. You need to be good with people and have an empathetic nature, good with systems, efficient, able to juggle tasks with competing deadlines and have a strong eye for detail. You must have strong, accurate data entry skills as you will be keeping the various HR systems up to date, which then feed the other systems in the business.

You will be assisting in the efficient operation of the HR department, undertaking HR administrative duties and providing general administrative support to the team. You will be the first point of contact for queries, ensuring these are dealt with promptly and reliably, or signposting to the correct person where appropriate, and escalating the query where required.

If you have experience of working for a charitable organisation, or a background within the healthcare sector, this would be an advantage.
