Juice Recruitment is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to oversee the daily operations of there establishment client to join there HR department and drive key HR initiatives.
DAY TO DAY:
As HR Manager, you will:
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
- Advise on employee relations matters, including grievances and performance management
- Support business areas with HR guidance and coaching
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance
- Manage HR data, reporting, and HR system administration
- Contribute to Learning & Development initiatives
- Assist with key HR projects around wellbeing, engagement, and retention
Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR Manager role
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
- CIPD qualification is desirable, but hands-on experience is essential
- Experience in Learning & Development is a desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Salary £40,000 per annum depending on experience
