Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager (No Sales)

At i2i Recruitment, we’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager who is focused on ensuring every role is filled with the best talent. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sourcing & Screening: Use your talent-spotting skills to find top candidates, review CVs, and engage in meaningful conversations to understand what they bring to the table.
  • Managing the Hiring Process: From the first interview through to the job offer, you'll be the point of contact, guiding both clients and candidates through the recruitment journey.
  • Collaborating with Consultants: Work hand-in-hand with our sales consultants to ensure every role is filled with the perfect match, making hiring magic happen.
  • Candidate Care: Offer exceptional support, feedback, and guidance to candidates, ensuring they feel looked after at every stage of the process.
  • Overseeing a Team: Lead and support a small team of Resourcers who assist in sourcing candidates and keeping the pipeline flowing smoothly.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Recruitment Experience: You’ve successfully filled roles before, whether in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition, and you excel at finding the right people.
  • Talent Spotting: Your ability to identify high-quality candidates from the get-go sets you apart.
  • Strong Organisational Skills: You can juggle multiple tasks effortlessly, ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Personality & People Skills: You’re approachable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure candidates have a positive experience.
  • Leadership Experience: You have some prior experience in coaching, managing, or leading a small team, helping them achieve success.
