Frazer Jones is delighted to work with a forward-thinking, global organisation, based in Gloucestershire to recruit a dynamic and creative Compensation & Beneftis Specialist.

As the leading Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will take charge of process globally, reporting to senior HR leadership, you will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to deliver creative solutions that align with the team's ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing salary structures, incentive programs, and compensation policies. You will assist/lead on job evaluations, salary reviews, and managing variable pay schemes such as annual bonuses and other incentives. A key priority up on joining will be supporting the annual benefits renewal process across multiple jurisdictions. A big part of your role will be analysing data and providing insights to senior management, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and ensure all reward programs comply with regional laws and regulations.

You will also lead on projects, which will include the global review of brokers, gender pay gap reporting and prepare for the EU Pay Transparency reporting.

About You

To be successful in this role, you have solid reward/ compensation experience developed in a fast-paced, change focussed environment. You have experience utilising benchmarking tools, have advanced excel skills and you're comfortable with manual processes. International or multiple jurisdictional experience would be a huge advantage.
