- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects from inception to completion.
- Client Relationship: Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for project updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Agile/Scrum: Implement and advocate for Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimise project delivery and team collaboration.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, manage risks, and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation in project delivery.
- Proven experience as a Digital Delivery Manager or in a similar role within a digital agency.
- Strong background in managing customer relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Familiarity with digital project management tools and software.
- Basic salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience
