The Role:
Shape the future of aerospace manufacturing! We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join a leading defence and aerospace manufacturer in Gloucestershire. In this role, you will optimize manufacturing processes, drive efficiency, and support the production of cutting-edge products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Analyse production workflows and implement lean manufacturing techniques.
Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve technical challenges.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
The Person:
Experience in manufacturing process engineering, ideally in Aerospace, Defence or Automotive.
Strong knowledge of lean principles and process set-up and optimisation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
