A Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance brokers providing Insurance solutions to both businesses and individual with offices in Cheltenham now have the opportunity for Account Broker to join their Team.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Manage existing client relationships
- Give suitable advice to customers within the FCA regulatory framework
- Generate referrals across B2B
- Ensure a high level of customer service
The Account Broker will also have the following;
- CII Certificate in Insurance or working towards
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Positivity and enthusiasm
- Strong relationship management skills
- Individual accountability with the ability to spot and identify opportunities and provide solutions
- Strong attention to detail
