Salary: £26,000 - £29,000
The Company:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to get into the Insurance Industry to join a prestigious Family Run Insurance Broker in the Cirencester area. There is a great training programme in place where you will be trained on all aspects of Insurance.
The role has responsibility for generating revenue and developing the profitability of the business whilst ensuring full FCA compliance in all aspects of insurance. Ensuring a quality service is provided to all clients in accordance with their needs and requirements.
Duties and responsibilities:
In this role, it's imperative to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in interactions with clients and insurers across various tasks such as handling New Business, Renewals, Mid Term Adjustments, and claims. The position offers opportunities for meetings and office visits to better serve clients. Advising clients on suitable products tailored to their needs is paramount, as is managing complaints within company protocols and regulatory standards. Upholding exceptional customer service standards is key, along with fostering professional relationships and offering expert product guidance to clients.
The Required Skills:
- Ideally you will have experience in the Insurance Industry
- Good eye for detail and a numerical and analytical
- Good communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A drive to want to progress within a growing company
- The ability to communicate well with clients face to face and over the telephone
