The successful candidate will be responsible for converting inbound leads, nurturing client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions across a range of products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Proactively follow up on warm leads and handle inbound inquiries.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with business owners and assess their insurance needs.
- Sales & Closing: Present customized insurance solutions and secure new business.
- Portfolio Growth: Expand and retain a profitable book of business.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to FCA regulations and company standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Experience and Requirements:
- Experience in a Commercial Insurance sales role (Account Executive, Commercial Insurance Handler, or similar).
- Strong product knowledge, particularly in Packaged and Commercial Combined insurance policies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals confidently.
- Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of FCA compliance and industry best practices.
- CII qualification (fully or part-qualified) is preferred but not essential.
