The successful candidate will be responsible for converting inbound leads, nurturing client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions across a range of products.

This position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and the opportunity to be part of a high-growth business that values innovation and client-centricity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Proactively follow up on warm leads and handle inbound inquiries.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with business owners and assess their insurance needs.
  • Sales & Closing: Present customized insurance solutions and secure new business.
  • Portfolio Growth: Expand and retain a profitable book of business.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to FCA regulations and company standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Experience in a Commercial Insurance sales role (Account Executive, Commercial Insurance Handler, or similar).
  • Strong product knowledge, particularly in Packaged and Commercial Combined insurance policies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals confidently.
  • Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Understanding of FCA compliance and industry best practices.
  • CII qualification (fully or part-qualified) is preferred but not essential.
