This role pays a competitive rate of £55 an hour umbrella depending on experience and is a 6 month contract.

Responsibilities as an Childcare lawyer:

  • Good advocacy skills and willing to conduct advocacy in the Family Court mainly in Gloucester occasionally in Bristol for attended hearings.
  • As part of income-generating measures, to work for other clients including attending their offices.
  • Able to work independently and act upon your initiative.

About you as an Childcare lawyer:

  • Experience of undertaking advocacy in court and contested hearings requiring cross-examining witnesses in court.
  • Qualified barrister, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in childcare law
  • Good communication skills verbal and written
