My client is seeking a talented and motivated Corporate Solicitor to join the team and support a variety of projects within the education sector.About the Role

  • The Education team has extensive experience advising over 300 educational institutions, including working closely with Boards of Governors, Heads, Bursars, commercial school groups, and proprietors of independent schools. The role involves handling corporate transactions such as sales, acquisitions, charitable mergers, and collaborations within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on the sale, acquisition, and merger of independent schools
  • Supporting charitable mergers and other corporate projects
  • Handling a variety of corporate matters related to the education sector

About YouWe are looking for someone who has:

  • NQ- 3PQE years’ PQE with a solid grounding in corporate work
  • Previous exposure to education and/or charity law is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • A proactive, ambitious approach and a keen eye for detail
