Responsibilities:

As an Employment Lawyer, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and contributing to the growth of our Employment Law team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on a range of employment law matters, including employment contracts, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, discrimination claims, and more.
  • Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings and providing high-quality advocacy.
  • Developing practical, commercially focused solutions tailored to client's business objectives.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to deliver comprehensive legal support.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent service, and identifying opportunities to support clients further.

Essential:

  • Qualified solicitor with a strong interest and background in employment law.
  • Ability to handle a varied caseload with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Strong advocacy skills with experience (or interest) in representing clients in Employment Tribunals.
  • Client-focused with excellent communication skills and a practical approach to legal advice.
  • Proactive, organised, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
