Location - Cheltenham (Hybrid Working)

Salary: Up to £75,000 (DOE)

The Opportunity:

  • Wills and lasting powers of attorney

  • Court of Protection matters

What You Will Need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years PQE in private client law.
  • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
  • Case Management: Confidence in managing your own caseload efficiently and cost-effectively under supervision.
  • Collaboration: A strong team player, keen to assist partners and senior lawyers.
  • Ambition: Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and progress in your career.
  • Communication: Excellent written skills and attention to detail.
