A reputable and fast-moving IP specialist firm is looking for an experienced and fully qualified UK and European Trade Mark Attorney to join their busy and expanding team. This is your opportunity to join a highly regarded firm that has been providing their impressive client base with specialist IP services for over 50 years and continue to grow at an exciting rate.

The Opportunity:

- Join an engaging and collegiate team of Trade Mark specialists and play an integral part in the team’s continued success.

- Work closely with the Director and a diverse portfolio of clients that includes multinationals, SMEs, Universities, and private individuals.

- Enjoy a varied workload of the full range of contentious and non-contentious attorney work with duties to include registration tasks, oversight and delegation of legal document drafting and contentious cases, international and large portfolio management, supervision of trainees, and business development activities.

You will have:

- Full qualification as a Trade Mark Attorney.

- 3+ years of experience, although candidates with less experience may be considered

- Ability to hit the ground running in a Trade Mark role with strong experience in portfolio management under supervision.

- Willingness to get involved with business development alongside the management team.
