The Role

• Focus on Company Commercial work, a key growth area for the firm
• Engage in strategic marketing, networking and business development 
• Build and manage relationships with a diverse range of clients

Your Skills & Experience

• Circa 3 years PQE in Company Commercial law
• Proven experience in buying & selling businesses and drafting sale/purchase agreements
• Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and contract law
• Commercially aware with a client-first mindset
• A team player who balances technical expertise with commercial acumen
