- Draft and review legal documents related to conveyancing transactions
- Ensure all legal requirements and deadlines are met throughout the transaction process
- Conduct legal research to support cases and advise clients
- Gather necessary documentation to facilitate the smooth progression of transactions
- Manage a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, from start to finish
- Attract and develop business opportunities by building strong client relationships
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, estate agents, and other professionals
- A Law Degree or equivalent legal qualification
- Previous experience managing a mixed conveyancing caseload, with demonstrable expertise in residential and commercial property transactions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, solicitors, and third parties
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and drafting legal documents
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple cases
- A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management
- A team player with a strong sense of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal technology (court-filing systems, transcription software, Dictaphone, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of legal terminology, regulations, and conveyancing processes
- Ability to manage complex cases and provide clear legal advice
