My client is looking for a Legal Administrator to join their team to support their in-house Legal Advisor, this is a great opportunity for a Law Graduate or somebody looking to return to the Legal sector within a support role. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Legal Advisor in preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, heads of terms, and non-disclosure agreements with suppliers and other third parties.
  • Maintain and organize legal documentation in a confidential and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage deadlines, and ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external parties.
  • Support the legal department in compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Law degree or equivalent educational background in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new software quickly.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
