A great opportunity to join a full service law firm with a highly regarded residential property team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background coupled with experience in this sector. Some exposure to residential conveyancing is required, with the ability to learn and develop further in the role.Responsibilities:- Assist solicitors with the conveyancing process from start to finish- Preparation of legal documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and lease agreements- Conduct property searches and obtain necessary information from land registries- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions- Maintain accurate and organised files, ensuring compliance with legal regulations- Update clients on the progress of their transactions and respond to any inquiries- Participate in client meetings as neededRequirements:- A relevant degree in law or experience as a Residential Property Paralegal/Conveyancer- Previous experience in conveyancing or property law- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks- Proficiency in using case management software and MS Office Suite
