This growing law firm with an excellent reputation are looking to add strength to their Agricultural Team by adding an experienced Paralegal. This role is offered on a full-time or part-time basis and is based in the Cheltenham office.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Paralegal:

  • Supporting fee earners on a wide range of transactional and advisory work
  • Complete Land Registry and SDLT applications
  • Open files, prepare document pack and prepare reports on title.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • As a paralegal you will bring previous relevant experience to the role (Residential, commercial, or Agricultural experience ideally)
  • Highly organised with an ability to plan and use initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong research skills
