Tru Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-respected, modern law firm in Cheltenham, looking for a Private Client Paralegal to join their expanding team. If you are currently fee-earning or studying for your SQE qualifications (or similar), this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your legal career in a firm that values professional development, fresh ideas, and a personal approach. Previous Private Client experience is desired but certainly not essential. The desire to build your career in a Private Client role is essential.

The Role

As a Private Client Paralegal, you will assist in providing high-quality legal services to a prestigious client base, including high-net-worth individuals. Your duties will include:

  • Drafting Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Assisting with estate administration and probate matters
  • Preparing Court of Protection applications
  • Conducting legal research and drafting reports
  • Liaising with clients and third parties, ensuring excellent client care
  • Supporting fee earners in more complex private client cases
