As an Operations Manager, you will:

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team, creating a collaborative working environment
  • Identify areas of improvement, driving productivity and high performance
  • Implement time management strategies optimising team efficiency
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback and implementing performance plans where necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and policies
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain standards

To be successful as an Operations Manager, you will:

  • Be experienced in managing and running a team
  • Have excellent time management skills and able to prioritise tasks
  • Be an effective communicator with evidential experience in inspiring, motivating and influencing team members
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of process improvement methodologies
  • Have the desire to progress your career with continued development opportunities from the business owner!

In return, my client are offering an annual salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent opportunity!
