Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to expertly identify and resolve technical issues in luxury vehicles.
• Provide clear communication of diagnostic results and recommendations to both the team and customers.
• Maintain an immaculate and organized workspace, following safety and quality standards.
• Engage in continuous training to keep up with the latest in automotive advancements and technologies.

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience as a Diagnostic Technician, preferably within luxury or premium automotive brands.
• Strong proficiency with diagnostic software and tools, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Sharp attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical details to both team members and customers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A proactive team player with a customer-first attitude.
