Location: Cheltenham, UKSalary: £16.50 - £19.50 per hour (including OTE), dependent on experienceContract Type: Temp-to-Perm

What You'll Do:
- Perform expert diagnostics using the latest tools to identify and resolve issues in luxury vehicles.
- Communicate your findings clearly to both the service team and customers, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
- Maintain an organized and professional workspace, adhering to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay at the forefront of technological advancements in the industry.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician, ideally within a luxury or main dealership setting.
- Expertise in diagnostic tools and software, with a keen ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A collaborative and customer-focused approach.
