Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
9am - 5pm
Key Duties:
Client retention and relationship management
Business development and growth
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth work flow
Oversee cash flow management, end of year compliance, tax filings and financial reporting for clients
Drive new business opportunities
Lead the transition of the company into Chartered Accountancy status
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a practice management role within an accountancy firm.
ACCA qualification
Strong background in business development
Operational management skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to integrate and align existing business operations into a larger organisation
